Heimer provides AI-powered property analysis to help home buyers evaluate listings. Our analyses are generated automatically and should be used as one input in your decision-making process, not as the sole basis for purchasing decisions.
3. No professional advice
Heimer does not provide legal, financial, or professional surveying advice. Our analyses are AI-generated assessments based on publicly available listing data. Always engage qualified professionals (surveyors, solicitors, financial advisors) before making a purchase.
4. Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, Heimer cannot guarantee the completeness or correctness of extracted property data. Listings may contain errors, and our AI may misinterpret information. We clearly indicate when data is missing or uncertain.
5. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Heimer service, including its AI models, scoring algorithms, and interface design, is our intellectual property. Property data extracted from listings belongs to the original publishers. Your notes, ratings, and inspection data belong to you.
7. Limitation of liability
Heimer is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from property purchases made based on our analyses.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Heimer after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
